EC 風扇 (EC Fan) 一般指的是電子整流風扇 (Electronically Commutated Fan)。

UL 美規EC 風扇 (EC Fan) 在安規認證上須符合以下UL 規範標準:

1. UL 507: 整個風扇。
2. UL 1004-1: 針對馬達部分。
   (1) UL 1004-2: 若為「傳統阻抗馬達 (Impedance Protected Motors)」。
   (2) UL 1004-3: 若為「溫控保護抗馬達 (Thermally Protected Motors)」。
   (3) UL 1004-7: 若為「電子保護馬達 (Electronically Protected Motors)」。
3. UL 1446: 若馬達「絕緣系統 (EIS)」 等級超過 Class 105 (A)。
4. UL 60730-1: 針對「控制器 (Controllers)」 及「驅動器 (Drivers)」。
